Members Locations

Just a thought but does the Administrator think it would would be a good idea for all members (existing and future) to provide their locations in their profiles. It's always nice to know where people are based.
For the record my location is already on there.
Only town and country is require, definately no addresses.

I also post on the N Gauge forum, and one very handy feature there is that it displays each user's national flag along with their other data next to each of their posts. I believe that there is a mod for phpBB that offers a similar feature.

Always nice to know where people are from! Interesting to see whether location has any influence on what is being modelled!

It also helps people meet up if they want to....on another forum i have met a few members for mutual benefit.

Do you think "ozrail" will meet half way for a pint ?
That would probably be Dubai...sounds ok to me.

I'd rather go to England, more trains there to visit and see. :D
Check out my Shapeways store for T-gauge stuff.
