Hey Joe, why so complicated, just make such metal plates as I do, for example, at the tender for the MALLARD, and then glue on them 3D printed blinds.

You must to begin building something yourself, not ever only putting ready parts together!

Such a metal plate can be produced in 10 minutes. You only need the scissors of a Swiss army knife and a center punch.

By the way, Alan works on new wheels, if you are waiting for something, you can build the GG1 prototypical and with better reduction. C + 1 should be suitable drive wheels.

I may upgrade the GG1 to the scale size wheels at some point when they become available, good tip on the metal plates.
