Narrow boat

I've not seen a narrow boat on the forum yet, so here's mine, just finished. It's a 3D printed shell from Shapeways painted and enhanced with an over-scale tiller and rooftop furniture comprising a storage box, plank, pole and coal-stove chimney. The windows look awful in the photo but in real life the eye is drawn to the red roof.

Does this mean a layout is pending with locks etc?
Looking good ,the oversize tiller I'm not sure about but it means I have something to aim for when I do mine. :)

Yes, see my post on my e2e layout in 2 laptop boxes on which there will be a short stretch of canal with a narrow lock (i.e. one that is only wide enough for one narrow boat).

The over-scale tiller came about because I didn't have anything smaller to hand. As with all T gauge, to the naked eye it's not that bad. Photos can be cruel!

Cheers,
