Re: Pennsylvania 4-6-2 Steam Locomotive.
Hi Slarge, I hope my work inspires people. I love pushing the limits on what can be done, and to inspire others to do the same. Hi Siegfried, I will be happy to cut you a set of my tender parts to use for your tests. I designed it to use the transmission bogie P-036-01. However, I can do one better....

Re: Pennsylvania 4-6-2 Steam Locomotive.
This is a sneak peak at my work on the body. It is just a prototype, and the final version will look much better!

Pennsylvania 4-6-2 Steam Locomotive.
This is my first running prototype of my 4-6-2 TGauge Pennsylvania Steam Locomotive. It uses a 3.2mm motor for power. The motor is a hot one out of a Mini Vapor model airplane servo brick. I use them in my micro airplane designs. I have designed many model airplanes over the years, but designing a T...

Re: GERMAN Schnellzuglokomotive BR01 steam loco
You are doing a great job on the design of your BR01 steam loco! I like your gear drive using the Z=17 gears. Looking forward to seeing your test results on this set up. Did you purchase all of the gears from the link you provided in an earlier post, and do you have a part number for them?

Re: sjrashid's 20th Century Limited J3 Hudson Steam Locomoti
Hi Ozrail, I found some very small pre-wired LED's that I soldered right onto the two tabs in front of the 35.5mm chassis. The LED was so bright I had to attached it to the outside of the shell. I tried it inside but you could see the white glow right though the shell. I purchased the 3 volt pico si...

Re: Union Pacific 4-8-8-4
A Big Boy in T! Even if the wheels don't move it will be one of the coolest engines to have in this scale. Like with the J3, you really can't tell that the wheels are not moving from any distance.
Can't wait to see this one!

Re: sjrashid's 20th Century Limited J3 Hudson Steam Locomoti
Hi Sam, I am really enjoying this locomotive, you did a wonderful job on its design. Now we just need some passenger cars to go with it! I am looking forward to seeing your other locomotives that you are working on. If you, or anyone else wants a copy of my J3 Hudson decal graphics that I made, just...

Hi Thom,
I used the adjustable chassis on the tender. I just cut it to the right size.

sjrashid's 20th Century Limited J3 Hudson Steam Locomotive
I received sjrashid's J3 Hudson in the mail from Shapeways last week, and I could hardly wait to paint her up and see how she looks on my Micro Steamtown layout! The model has lots of detail and fits nicely over the 35.5mm motorized chassis. However, I did remove some material from the inside of the...
