This linear motor thing seems to have unlimited possibilities. Terrific stuff Martin. Would it be better not to have connecting rods at all, rather than static ones?

Saw Martin's two linear motor layouts this morning at the Australian Model Railway Association exhibition at Caulfield Racecourse in Melbourne. Doh, sorry, just seen that it's 1/450th scale. Have you made the motors smaller than for Monbulk Creek?
