Re: I am still checking up on the forum

Nothing wrong with a simple Xmas table decoration - I’ve just built my annual circle of 00 track around the Christmas tree today :D Sometimes it’s fun just to run trains!

Re: Class 08 - RTR

I like the positive thinking Doug :D

Smooth running over points is quite critical for an 08 I suppose, being mostly yard/sidings based shunters...

Class 08 - RTR

Hi folks, I’ve not been on the forums for a while but the announcement of another RTR model at Warley last weekend has reignited my interest in T gauge. In case you haven’t seen, the 08 is now available for pre-order and is expected June 2020 - https://www.tgauge.com/product/432/27/t-gauge-class...

Kit Painters?

Can anyone recommend a good kit painter please? I want to buy one of the nice Class 22 loco bodies but need to find someone to paint it for me first...price is no object (within reason!), just need somebody to do a decent paint job. Ta :)

Re: Where is T at?

Well my main things is to see trains run, so have decided T gauge is way to go... Funny how we both have the same objective (to see trains run) but have come to a different conclusion about T gauge! :D I'd love to have trains (plural!) to run, but with only one RTR UK train available I may have to ...

Re: UK Stock?

Thanks Matt :) I've ordered some 153 and 313 vinyls...if they come out nicely then that will triple my T gauge fleet :D Still need locos though... ;)

Re: UK Stock?

Hey Neil and Matt, thanks for the info :) Both of your stuff looks pretty good to me...BUT the assembling, motorising and painting/decals is still beyond my ham-fisted modelling abilities AND like I said I'm really short of time so I know they end up sat unpainted in a drawer for yonks ;) Basically ...

UK Stock?

Following on from my first post here (hello everyone, by the way!) I thought I would pick up on my own point about having more spare money than spare time at the moment. So is there anyone out there willing to make some UK rolling stock for me, which I would gladly pay you for. I've seen Class 42 Wa...

Re: Where is T at?

When I first saw T gauge a few years back I immediately wanted to buy a BR HST set, however I decided to hold off until there was more rolling stock available. A year later there was still only the BR HST available and only in one livery but I decided to buy anyway and I dolove it! It's so impressiv...
