Re: Back (Sortof)

It is good to see you sorta back Jesse. You were a big part of my desire to stock up on some american prototype stuff when I first got into T. Unfortunately by the time I got my skills to a level to be comfortable working with painting/decal jobbing raw shells, you had stepped away. I will tell you ...

Re: Anybody in????

oddly enough, I check in from time to time. But, being in America, it's so hard to keep motivated. I got a lot of track, and started getting stuff together to build a layout and ardash died and trainsaid went down and to be honest, it killed it for me temporarily. I know I can get stuff overseas, bu...

Re: kickstarter funded printer looks interesting

32 micron resolution. True the xy resolution is dependent upon your device. As for tying up your phone for a few hours, two ways to look at it. It will keep me off facebook, ebay, amazon, among other things. On the contrary, I have an array of Galaxy notes laying around, I can just take one of them ...

Custom box car

So I made many of these back in 2012 when I first got into T. It's a quick and dirty way to get some rolling stock if you have some resin casting skills. Nonetheless this is one example of a box car I prepped and cast in resin. It was from a Hallmark Miniature train ornament series. It was about 2 h...

Re: T&W (Triplett & Western)

Really like that layout! Nice work.

Couple questions if you don't mind.

Is the GP the sole powered unit in the rake? What are the rolling stock you got from shapeways? All of them in the video?

Again, really like your layout!

Jesse's creations for powered coaches? question?

I am trying to figure out what of Jesse's bodies I can use on my Garden Railway loco. I have picked up a GP loco from Trainaidsa and want to run a decent rake of rolling stock. Some of the descriptions on shapeways don't say what they fit on. Thinking I can utilize my garden powered chassis with som...

Re: Introductions

I'm Todd, from Princeton, Indiana. Originally ncdtrains on the old forum. Into T gague, Z and N scales. All about some american prototypes, just picked up a gp style loco from trainaidsa about to make it a nice NS loco. Glad to be around and very happy to still see some decent activity in t gauge wo...
