Layout is 4' x 2.5". Originally I had points in a more interesting layout but gave up on them so it's a simpler two separate tracks ..... it will grow slowly. Thanks .....

Left side of layout hopefully ..... preview says it's loaded ...hope so as long time since I've used this method

at long last ( for many reasons) getting somew http://i1098.photobucket.com/albums/g380/patthornton/IMG_0361_zpsmhumwd8i.jpg here, now runs as two separate tracks, using platform in top Lt for passengers to change over .... photo of Rt hand side of layout if I've sorted the Photobucket img required ...

I completely know where you are coming from, the frustration is a killer isn't it ....... I'm on my third layout plan only due to the continual points problem so have tried to find some logical track plan layout ...... for now NO points so now have two separate tracks running with their own controll...

Doug .....that's fascinating to see another special layout beginning to come together I really like way you have altered the view for the layout .... an area I knew well , one thing I find in responses to your posts is how many of us are having to work around the horrible points problem of t gauge ,...

Doug, any follow up news on the availability of the new points which may actually work ...... I simplified my layout and only have pne point but it still remains difficult to actually work ....... always hopeful new ones will be available soon .....

You can upload images only to the site. These need to be jpg, png, gif, etc. You cannot upload videos as the site does not have video playing capabilities. You can, however, include links to YouTube that will open in a player by putting the video id inside the YouTube marker. Sorry all sites differ...

Starting and learning about t gauge

Beginner with t gauge for last few weeks ( have had n gauge in past) nothing is tidy yet but getting the handling of double sided tape to fix track now, and if video loads then I've cracked that as well This is pretty simple layout, both circles run ok between them and back point to siding or ? Mine...

Ok everyone getting the hang of double sided tape now with practice .......
BUT trying to work out how do I upload a video of progress so far from my iPad to the layout forum ..... please keep answers in simple methods of how do this with img or URL I'm out of practice doing this :)

Double-sided sellotape will only adhere properly if both surfaces are absolutely flat and parallel...or are able to be compliant with each other. You will get much better results if you use carpet tape which has a thickness to it that will comply with the surfaces much better. You will need to ensu...
