49th Annual Bristol Model Railway Exhibition 2017

Postby dkightley » Tue Mar 07, 2017 5:30 pm

And now for some stop press news.....

The Bridge will be appearing at the Association of Model Railway Clubs Wales & West of England show, aka the Bristol Model Railway Show 2017, which is being held at the Thornbury Leisure Centre, Thornbury, Bristol on Friday April 28th April to Sunday 30th April.

This will be yet another showing for T gauge this year. The more, the merrier!!

Anyone live within travelling distance????

Just bumping the thread to remind everyone aware that The Bridge will be appearing at this show.

Do let me know if you're either able to come along to help on the layout.....or just visiting the show. It'll be nice to see you.

Only a few days to go to this show....which I've been advised is a popular & busy show.

No contact re anyone intending to go or advising too far away or not able to get...so must assume no interest from other forum members! Which is a shame....and very, very disappointing!

It looks to be a 12 hour flight from Cleveland. As much as I would love to be there...

A very good show that was well attended.

I would like to publically thank the members of the Soar Valley club who helped with carrying layout parts to/from my van (and for their sarcasm and wit over the weekend! :D ;) ). Also thanks to the show organisers and helpers who kept the wheels turning over the four long days. Running a show of this size is hard, hard work...and often goes unrewarded!
